About Seven Seas Navigator
Seven Seas Navigator began life as a Soviet research vessel at the Admiralty Shipyard in Leningrad, and her hull lay unfinished after the Soviet collapse. The T. Mariotti yard bought the hull, then named Blue Sea, and completed her in Genoa as a cruise ship, delivering her on 25 August 1999 to Radisson Seven Seas Cruises, as Regent was then called. The 28,803 GT ship is 170.69 metres long, with 12 decks and room for 490 guests at double occupancy.
