Where is the Singapore cruise port?

Ships dock at one of two terminals, about 8 km apart by road, so check which one your ship uses.

Large ships use Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore (MBCCS) at Marina South, a two-berth terminal that opens only on ship days. It is about 3 km (8 minutes by car) from Marina Bay Sands, and Marina South Pier MRT station is about 730 m (10 minutes) on foot, with a loop shuttle on select cruise days.

Smaller luxury and expedition ships use Singapore Cruise Centre (HarbourFront) at 5 HarbourFront Avenue, about 530 m (7 minutes) on foot from HarbourFront MRT and next to VivoCity and the Sentosa Express.

Destination

About Singapore

Singapore is a city-state at the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula, a compact, highly urbanised island about 50 km from east to west.

The Marina Bay waterfront brings together Marina Bay Sands with its rooftop SkyPark, the Supertrees and glass conservatories of Gardens by the Bay, and the Central Business District skyline. Older neighbourhoods such as Chinatown keep shophouse streets and temples, while hawker centres like Lau Pa Sat and Maxwell are central to its food culture.

Just off the south coast, Sentosa island adds beaches, Universal Studios Singapore and Fort Siloso. Singapore is a leading cruise hub in Asia, used both as a homeport and as a port of call.

Climate
Tropical, hot and humid all year, with daytime highs of about 31–33°C, night lows of 23–25°C and frequent afternoon or evening thunderstorms. November to January is the wettest period, and February is the driest month.
