Where is the Livorno cruise port?

Ships dock inside Livorno's working commercial port, run for cruises by Porto di Livorno 2000. Ships over 300 m use the Alto Fondale Cruise Terminal; others berth elsewhere in the port, including the Stazione Marittima near the Fortezza Vecchia. Berths vary by ship.

You can't walk out from the main commercial berths, so a shuttle runs to Via Cogorano beside Piazza del Municipio (about 10 minutes). From the Stazione Marittima, Piazza Grande is about a 10-minute walk.

Livorno Centrale station, for trains to Pisa and Florence, is about 2.5 km beyond the centre.
