About Royal Clipper
Royal Clipper is a five-masted full-rigged sailing ship of Star Clippers. She was built on the unfinished hull of Gwarek, a Polish sailing ship from the Gdańsk yards that Star Clippers bought in 1998, lengthened and redesigned with a new rig. Fitted out by IHC De Merwede in the Netherlands, she was delivered in July 2000.
