About Norwegian Breakaway
Norwegian Breakaway is the lead Breakaway Class ship that Meyer Werft delivered to Norwegian Cruise Line in 2013, recognisable by Peter Max's New York-themed hull art. At 145,655 gross tons she carries 3,963 guests at double occupancy across 2,014 staterooms, with The Waterfront promenade, a ropes course and the Aqua Park among her highlights. She was refitted in Brest in May 2018 and again in February and March 2025, when the Silver Screen Bistro, Horizon Park and The Stadium were added.
