About Carnival Festivale
Carnival Festivale is the fourth Excel-class ship for Carnival Cruise Line, under construction at Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany. Her name, a tribute to one of Carnival's early ships, was announced in April 2025, days before the first steel was cut on 8 April 2025. Her keel was laid on 14 August 2025, and in September 2026 she floated for the first time when her building dock was flooded.
