Where is the Ocho Rios cruise port?

Ocho Rios Cruise Port has two piers on the western edge of town. Most ships use Turtle Bay Pier, the main terminal closest to town, with a covered waiting area, tourist information, taxis and a small coffee shop; it can take two mid-sized ships or one very large one. Reynolds Pier (also called James Bond Pier), a former bauxite and sugar pier renovated in 2021, is used when a second ship is in port; it has only a taxi and bus pickup point, and downtown is about 800 m (a 15-minute walk) away along the waterfront.

About Ocho Rios

Ocho Rios is a resort town on Jamaica's north coast and one of the island's five cruise ports. The town is easy to explore on foot from the pier: Island Village, with shops, cafes and Margaritaville, sits right outside the port, and Ocho Rios Bay (Turtle) Beach is next door.

Dunn's River Falls and Mystic Mountain are about 20 minutes away, and the town was a filming location for the first James Bond film, Dr No. Fern Gully, a road through a lush ravine, starts just south of town.
